Audio Monitor and Baby Cam mobile application for iOS and Android systems based on a provided design. The app tracks a child’s sleep status, records their waking up in audio format, and collects statistics. Apart from that, parents can control the screen’s brightness, regulate the sound volume, and have access to other tools remotely. In the case a child wakes up, the parents receive a push-notification.
The application was built with React Native. This solution makes the development process faster and reduces the budget. Streaming data between the users was designed with WebRTC.
Users can choose a role for the app’s selection. The parent’s station provides access to voice translation. The babies station translates audio and video signals. There are no limits of concurrent use.
The baby station generates a random codebase that must be embedded to the parent’s station. A user can get a new connection codebase at any time.
Sleep statistics are available to the parents: Sleeping periods, crying time, and audio recordings.
The parents receive warning push notifications when their child wakes up or when the battery is low on the baby station device.
Parents can join the baby station via video or audio connections.
The app provides users with the ability to change the baby station screen's brightness with the parent station's help, control the speaker's volume, and mute the microphone on the parent/baby stations. Parents can also take a photo of their child.
